Our top story is that Radek is doing great!!! We finally finished his medicine last week and we are still lump free, a little pudgier, but lump free!
In other happy news, Stuart and went to Lake Travis the other weekend to do some hiking and relaxing for our One Year Anniversary (yep, you read that right... get up off the floor and keep reading... there is some other partially interesting things to read). In other not so happy news, after putting my shorts on Rune, laughing really hard and then running to get the camera for such a great photo op, I discovered that the battery had corroded inside the camera and it no longer worked... so absolutely no, zero, zilch pictures of Lake Travis... or of Rune wearing shorts...
Now the broken camera leads us to our next story. I went to London to visit the bro!!! The twist was that I left for London two days after getting back from Lake Travis. That left me with basically one day to research, ponder, weigh pros and cons and finally purchase a new camera. I'm not impulsive with these kinds of things so this was hard for me, but not to fret, I pulled through. I purchased my fancy new camera the day before I left and was off to London in a flash. It was so much fun and so great to see Matt again!
Now this fancy new camera leads us to our next story. My fancy new camera is just so fancy that my brother wanted to keep it for the next couple of weeks (he's coming back here on November 10th!). I didn't take the cable to download pictures from my camera so therefore I have no London photos... and let me tell you, there are some good ones! I have just two words: Cadbury World.
To wrap things up, I'll do a London post at a later date. For now, just boring words...
